Performance Guarantee

As a measure of good faith to our valued customers, Imaging Technologies Image Management Program guarantees an average service response time of 2-4 hours, and 95% uptime for all equipment on an Image Management Program. If the equipment does not maintain 95% uptime we agree to replace the equipment with equipment of like nature. If, in the event, that Imaging Technologies fails to perform according to its performance guarantee the customer will be entitled to a rebate in the amount equal to 10% of the customer's existing monthly minimum Image Management base. Customer must notify Imaging Technologies by certified mail detailing the non performance issue, if one ever occurs. Imaging Technologies will have 45 days to correct the problem addressed or replace the equipment to cure the issue. All correspondence must be mailed addressed to the President of Imaging Technologies.
