The above Imaging Technologies Service Commitment applies to all equipment sold after Jan. 15, 1998 and is offered for the term of the lease or for a period of 3 years, whichever is greater. In addition, the guarantee is offered only to the original purchaser of the equipment. Equipment must be continuously maintained and serviced under a Imaging Technologies Maintenance Agreement using Imaging Technologies toners/developers exclusively.
